SEBS NA is funding a full‑time Alumni Liaison Officer at Budhanilkantha School to keep our alumni connected, keep our records current, and help turn goodwill into real support for the school.

Covers the Officer's base salary plus a performance bonus of up to 10%, paid only when results are delivered.
Why we need this
Our alumni are everywhere. Until now, no one at school has been responsible for keeping us together.
Stronger alumni engagement
A single point of contact at school for SEBSers — for visits, reunions, mentoring students and staying involved in school life.
A reliable alumni database
Current contact details for every batch, so classmates can find each other and chapters can reach the people they serve.
Events that actually happen
Someone on the ground to organise and support alumni events at school, and to coordinate with chapters when we visit.
One global SEBS community
Helping SEBS NA, SEBS‑UK, SEBS‑Australia and other chapters work more closely together — and supporting fundraising for the school.
How your gift is accountable
Backed by a signed agreement between SEBS NA and Budhanilkantha School.
Alumni work only
Funded time is used exclusively for alumni work in the annual plan. The Officer cannot be reassigned without SEBS NA’s written consent.
Monthly and annual reporting
SEBS NA receives monthly activity reports and an annual impact report from the Officer.
A plan we help shape
Each year’s priorities and targets are set in a work plan approved by the Principal on SEBS NA’s recommendation.
Quarterly reviews
The Principal and SEBS NA meet at least once a quarter to review progress against the plan.
Pay tied to results
A bonus of up to 10% is linked to fundraising, database quality, communication and alumni feedback.
Clear employment
The Officer is employed by the School and reports to the Principal. SEBS NA has input into performance reviews.
